Jo just posted this video from Kakkmaddafakka, a bunch of his friends. It's directed by Pål Rønnevik, and it's really brilliant.

Reel bad arabs
It was a long time ago I first posted Planet of the arabs to the blog - a short trailer-like presentation of how arabs are presented in hollywood films. When I met the guy who made it in Beirut I didn't know that it was based on a book called "Reel bad arabs"by Dr. Jack Shaheen. The title of the book is also the title of a documentary.

Ok, so the dude who made this is Maceo Frost. He is a genious. First time I saw his stuff was the video he made for Supahumans and it was brilliant. This time he is back with Pato and Adam Tensta. Seriously, he is 19 yrs old... So remember the name.
...and now his sister is going to the filmschool here at Subtopia. So remember the Frost siblings...

Welcome to Southwestern
First it was Sthlm-Istanbul then Istanbul-Beirut, Beirut-Istanbul, Istanbul-Stockholm, Stockholm-Munich, Munich-Krakow Krakow-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Stockholm. And none of those flights were anything like this. When is Southwestern going to offer their services here in Europe?
